Who translates a diploma?

A diploma is usually translated and certified by a sworn translator. Sworn translatorsare specially trained and sworn in before a higher regional court, a state court or an authority for domestic affairs. How do I set the number of pages?  

A single page means one side of one sheet of paper – irrespective of the number of words on that page. The front and back sides of a double-sided document are considered two separate pages.
